General
Kulta-Aika Oy, Business ID: FI06039184, address: Säätökuja 2 B, 01510 Vantaa Finland; sells products to companies and adults in Europe. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries.
These delivery terms are valid from 20.11.2018 (updated on 3.3.2023). We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms each time before ordering products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The features and prices of online store products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices in question from the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products appear in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Product prices may fluctuate as raw material prices change. We are the official reseller of all the brands we sell.
If the normal price of the product is found to deviate from the recommended retail price due to a clear pricing error, we have the right to cancel the order already placed. In this case, we will refund the amount of any order already paid to your account as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
The delivery costs that may be charged for the order may depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method and will be automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed, is, except as set forth below in respect of the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between us with these terms of delivery.
Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart. Currently, Klarna's versatile payment options are available in the online store. In addition, we have Checkout payment service. You can find the terms of the Checkout payment service here (in Finnish).
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
It is possible that the product may have already been sold, especially for the last piece of the product, and the balance of the product has not had time to be updated in the online store to reflect the current situation.
If, for some unexpected reason (such as a double sale of the last copy of a product), we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. In this case, we will refund the amount of any order already paid to your account as soon as possible. We reserve the right to incorrect stock balances as well as sold out products. Discount codes are only valid for normal priced products.
Method of delivery
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned in our online store, which you choose in connection with your order. We use Posti's parcel services, Matkahuolto and store pick-up, among other things. We deliver products abroad using the DHL Express service. Please note that small individual products can be delivered as a Postage Small Parcel (less than 3 cm high) directly to your home address instead of a parcel machine. If you do not want delivery directly to your home, you can mention this in the last section of the ordering phase: "Notes on ordering and delivery:" ("Tilausta ja toimitusta koskevat huomautukset:")
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times for stock products are 1-4 business days, depending on the order and the chosen delivery method. More specific possible product-specific times are indicated in connection with product options.
Pick-up orders are typically ready for pick-up within 1-3 business days of ordering. Please note that delivery times for ordered products are estimated times, depending on the availability of the products from the importer or manufacturer. Delivery times may be longer than the estimated delivery times on a case-by-case basis.
Right of cancellation and return policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 30 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, in the case of regular delivery, receiving the first batch of goods.
Engraved products are not eligible for a return under the Customized Products Act.
The product is not granted the right of return and / or cancellation if it has been ordered from the factory specifically at the request of the buyer.
The notice of cancellation must be made clearly, for example, on our cancellation form, in our e-mail below or in the written notice you provide with the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal applies to products that are in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for the return. If the returned product has been used in violation of the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge a write-down up to the full price of the product with return costs.
If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given to our return address below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example with a return receipt. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the cost of the return must be paid by the returner. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner. The cost of return for orders shipped outside Finland in Europe is fixed at 30 euros. The cost of return for orders shipped in Finland is fixed at 10 euros. If you have chosen some other method of delivery than the least expensive one, such as express delivery, we do not refund the extra costs caused by this.
Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
An order with in-store pickup selected as the delivery method will be automatically canceled and refunded if the order has not been picked up within 60 days of its delivery.

Write “Customer Return” on the shipping list.
You will receive an automatic message about the return once the return has been processed. At the same time, Klarna will receive information about the refund of the payment. It takes about a week from the receipt of your order to process your return.
The company reserves the right to cancel orders that violate the delivery terms.
Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please report it to our customer service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days and we will agree on how we can correct the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

Limitation of Liability
Kulta-Aika Oy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except as otherwise provided in a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law in respect of such damage.
